Dr. David K. Tan is Chief Medical Officer of the St. Charles County Ambulance District and Adjunct Professor in the division of emergency medicine at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. He is double board-certified in Emergency Medicine and EMS Medicine by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and remains very active in EMS at the local, state and national levels and is an operational medical director for local police and fire agencies as well. He is chairman of the Metropolitan St. Louis Emergency Transport Oversight Commission, vice-chairman of the Missouri State Advisory Council on EMS, and past president of the National Association of EMS Physicians. Dr. Tan is a member of the 草莓影视 Editorial Advisory Board and provides medical direction to 草莓影视.com and the 草莓影视 Academy.

Chief Rob Wylie is chief strategic officer, First Care Provider (FCP). He has served as a tactical medic and TEMS team leader with the St. Charles Regional SWAT team for the past 19 years, and retired as fire chief of the Cottleville FPD in St. Charles County, Missouri. He is a certified instructor and teaches at the state, local and national level on leadership, counterterrorism and TEMS operations. Wylie graduated from Lindenwood University, the University of Maryland Staff and Command School and the National Fire Academy鈥檚 EFO Program.

Dr. Kevin Mackey has been a part of the EMS profession for over 20 years, first as a provider and currently as a regional medical director, and also fire service medical director for the second largest ambulance provider in California. He has served as president of the Emergency Medical Directors Association, California and currently serves as board chair for NREMT and as a board member for the NAEMSP. In addition to his current position as medical director for Sacramento Regional Fire Services, he is the EMS rotation director for the University of California-Davis, Emergency Medicine Residency. Dr. Mackey fulfilled his Affiliated Residency in Emergency Medicine from the University Health Science Center, University of Pittsburgh. He holds a Doctorate of Medicine from St. Louis University School of Medicine, and both a Master of Science in Biology, and Bachelor of Science in Biology from California State University.

Erik Saari is the current EMS Operations Chief for the Sacramento City Fire Department. He has served SFD for 29 years as a Firefighter Paramedic, a Captain, and a Battalion Chief. For the past several years he has been a lead instructor for MCI and 鈥淎ctive Shooter鈥 or 鈥淚/MCI鈥 operations. He has been a Rescue Team leader for CA USAR TF7, and an instructor for multiple disciplines including Technical Rescue, Truck Company Operations, EMS, and has been an Academy Training Officer. He is a CSFM Certified Company and Chief Fire Officer and graduated from Waldorf College with a Degree in Fire Administration.
