POMPANO BEACH, Fla. — Five people, including three firefighters, were hospitalized following a collision involving a Pompano Beach ambulance and a lawn service truck.
The collision occurred on Nov. 21, leaving one lawn service employee with life-threatening injuries and another in serious condition, reported.
Three firefighters sustained non-life-threatening injuries and are expected to recover. A person being transported in the ambulance at the time of the crash was also taken for evaluation.
Footage from the scene showed severe damage to both vehicles.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Broward Sheriff’s Office.
